This course covers the Global Stocktake process through Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), Long-Term Climate Strategies (LTS), and the main global initiatives. Participants will learn about strategies for global climate action, environmental management approaches to ensure the sustainability of development projects, and international environmental standards. The course also includes mitigation measures to reduce the environmental impacts of projects and emphasizes involvement with the ambition cycle of the Paris Agreement.
