Monitoring involves permanent monitoring of policies or actions and their potential components, in accordance with certain management instruments or tools that may or may not be given by qualitative or quantitative indicators systems. Evaluation allows understanding the functioning of the policies, actions, and measures implemented, and provides the necessary information for decision-making and improvement.
