This course will review the climate finance (Adaptation and mitigation finance), national sources of climate finance, climate rationale, international Climate Agreement and Climate Finance, Climate projects and Theory of Change, Climate finance projects and Sustainable Developments Goals (SDGs), types of climate financing and co-financing instruments and criteria for selecting a climate project (Case of Green Climate Fund criteria) in order to prepare the participants to develop a bankable green project for enhancing the socio-economic and ecological resilience in their respective nations.
